Our second class inspired by Yogalates, a movement practice that was popular in the early 2000s (some of you may remember it!). Juan created his own combination for this one. It’s a combination of Yoga, and Pilates movements both standing and on the mat. This class will awaken your stabilizer and core muscles and it is great for feeling balanced, stretched, and coordinated.
