This CHEST & SHOULDERS HATHA practice has a focus on opening the chest and shoulders in a calm, mindful way. The use of a strap is key to this class, but you can use anything in your house as a substitute. This would be a great practice to explore after sitting at a computer for long periods of time! Diego makes a guest appearance demonstrating the ideal Savasana throughout most of the class! :-)
